They would not return calls yet continue to barrage us with ridiculous emails from three different people whom we never even spoke to. These people need to get their act together. I had a great experience at Roseville BMW. My salesman, Rob, was friendly, helpful and was able to find me my perfect BMW with the specific color, trim, interior, wheels and packages that I desired. I love coming here. I can’t begin to explain how amazing the service is here. From working with the sales department to dropping my car off for some type of service. The sales team is fantastic. I love working with Tom, Randy and David, (the sales management team) and my sales guy Mark H. is fantastic. I’ve purchased 3 BMW’s in the last 6 years and all from them. There is no way I will be going to any other dealership. I am going to be moving to the bay soon and will still come up here to get my cars. The service department is fantastic as well. My service rep is Garrett. The best guy that I have yet to work with. Always makes time for me. Sets me up with a loaner if needed and doesn’t give me any run around on what my car needs. Must say that all around, this is the BMW dealership anyone should go to. I recommend it to all my friends and family when they get new BMW’s. More

I have been reading the reviews this Dealer received from this website. It hurts to read so much negative things about people that are there to give us our best customer service. Everytime i had done business with this Roseville BMW, i have always received positive experience. I particularly had very positive experience with the Finance Manager, Mr. Nasser Subeh. He is very friendly, has great customer service and had always returned my phone calls.I will be shopping for a new BMW (since i sold mine to Carmax as i was on work detail in the east coast for a few months.) I will again be buying my new BMW from Roseville BMW and i know that i will be getting the same great service that i received from Mr Subeh when i bought my 2007 BMW about 2 years ago.I disagree with a Divagirl that he does not speak good english. That is not true Ms Diva. Mr. Subeh speaks perfect english and he is very professional and polite. He has always returned my phone calls. He is always smiling and seems to enjoy the work he does, so how can one say that he is rude and doesn't know customer service? In fact, i will be calling him once i get ready to buy my new car, all because of the positive attitude i received from him. Please people, if you have nothing good to say about someone, do not write anything at all and in fact please do not hurt them with your negaive comments! More
