First of all, I communicated and worked with such helpful people along the way; Anna Duguid, Michael Gonzales, Caity Kennedy, and especially Andrew Kammerer and Tom Diefendorf. Each was extremely courteous and professional and made the purchasing experience as painfree as possible. I've been visiting other dealerships in the area, including other BMW dealerships and yours was exceptional. Andrew and Tom went out of their way to go the extra mile. Andrew drove my new car to my home, because I didn't have any other way to get it there. And Tom personally delivered floor mats to my home! Tom Diefendorf made sure I felt good about my purchasing decision! Three years ago I visited the Roseville location and did not have such a great experience. I vowed to never go back. But positive interactions and communication with those listed above and yourself convinced me to give you another try, and I'm glad I did. I'm also very pleased with my purchase and feel I was treated very fairly. Tom Diefendorf- Outstanding Customer Service Experience! I wanted to share my outstanding customer service experience with Tom Diefendorf at BMW Roseville. I was helping my daughter with the purchase of a 2 I wanted to share my outstanding customer service experience with Tom Diefendorf at BMW Roseville. I was helping my daughter with the purchase of a 2015 BMW. Tom and I spoke on the phone several times before meeting him in person with my daughter. Tom emailed me all the options on the vehicle making sure to include the safety features that were most important to me. Tom would always call me on time for follow up and was genuine in character, unlike the other dealerships I had been dealing with, such as Niello and Mountain View. When my daughter and I came in to meet with Tom Diefendorf, he was patient with my questions, professional and extremely polite. Tom also showed a great deal of knowledge and care, as well as, a good listener to our concerns. Tom Diefendorf made the entire transaction seamless and smooth. He continued to follow up with me after the purchase which gave me true "peace of mind" if we ever needed anything, Tom would be there for us. Tom Diefendorf was easy to do business with, treated me with respect and urgency, kindness and concern. Regardless of customers safety and live!!! My wife’s 2012 X3 ( w/ extended warranty), BMW of Roseville refuse replace the brakes at 60000 miles and stated the front brakes @ 7mm and rear brakes My wife’s 2012 X3 ( w/ extended warranty), BMW of Roseville refuse replace the brakes at 60000 miles and stated the front brakes @ 7mm and rear brakes@ 5mm. But, when we bring to another BMW dealer,after measure, both front and rear are due to replace @ 3mm. BMW of Roseville heat and regardless of customers safety and live. More

Not a phone call, note or anything in response after my letters to Roseville BMW. I've owned three BMWs and this will be my last and I will never go to a BMW dealership for service again. Never trust any service centers fully I had given my 3 series for a service cause my Rear right tire was loosing its air pressure every Monday. So when I give my vehicle and collected it b I had given my 3 series for a service cause my Rear right tire was loosing its air pressure every Monday. So when I give my vehicle and collected it back, all the tire pressure was at 40 psi instead of recommended 32 psi. I trusted the service engineers and it was my life I had put at risk , when I checked the psi at 40 while driving back home from BMW Roseville. Luckily I checked the TPM to see this discrepancy and drive back immediately to get the tire pressure reduced to the recommended 32 psi. Lost complete trust on BMW as a brand with this error, which could have caused my life. More

Battery Replacement Sticker Shock Contacted service center at 9:30 on a Saturday about battery replacement. Dropped off car at 10 and was told replacement would be a min of $129. Difference in price was cost to install and reset car’s computer. Ridiculous! More
False promise At the time of our purchase of a 2017 BMW, we were promised by the salesperson and manager they would pay our last lease payment of our previous car. After numerous calls and emails to the salesperson and manager, we either receive promises for a return call back, phone is too full to leave messages, or the manager no longer works there. We are so disappointed and would never recommend this dealership for anything. And also note the brand new car was given to us with the battery light on. Their recommendation was to bring it to a closer bmw service center, and sent us on our way for a two hour drive home. And the 2017 bmw was full of water spots after they said it was detailed and ready for us. More
