Just wanted to update this negative rating. After contacting BMWNA I was contacted by Roseville BMW and they made things right. I still don't have a true CPO but I was given some of the benefits of a CPO (extra warranty and 2nd key) and I am satisfied with that. I don't think I can update my original rating, but I would if I could. Thanks!
