I received a great deal from Sales manager Cameron right off the bat with no negotiation required. I was also able to take advantage of BMW rebates and loyalty credit. My salesperson was Azzeddin and he was super friendly and accommodating. I am a BMW enthusiast and have purchased many, many BMW's. This purchase was the easiest by far. I highly recommend BMW of Roseville. More

She was very easy to work with and the finance person was very through and knowledgeable and made the process painless. The only thing I was not satisfied with was the car was not detailed as promised and not ready at the appointed time. I mentioned this but no offer was made to have me bring it back. I feel as if once the papers were signed, they don't care anymore. More
I purchased a 2014 I3 a few months ago, upon closer inspection at home I could see one whole side of the car had been repainted poorly, bad paint job, no clear coat, overspray on bumpers, paint peeling inspection at home I could see one whole side of the car had been repainted poorly, bad paint job, no clear coat, overspray on bumpers, paint peeling on sill-obviously it had been in an unreported accident. I was lied to by this salesperson, my friend referred me to the sales guy he bought two cars from. He negotiated incredible deals with them for his two cars. When I test drove a car I liked I gave an offer to the sales guy he bought two cars from. He negotiated incredible deals with them for his two cars. When I test drove a car I liked I gave an offer and the sales guys told me they do not negotiate price, the price was above KBB. I walked away and will never return. They lost a customer. I DO NOT recommend this place, go to another dealership. More

Everything was Kosher, a deal was structured, and prices were set. My husband forwarded over his personal information, including his license and that's when the racism started to begin. Besides him not taking us serious anymore, it seemed as if he was pushing us to the back burner. It got to the point where my husband felt as if he was chasing his own tail. Peter Galanakis did not believe that a black man can afford a BMW outright and started getting a bit aggressive with how he wanted to the structure the purchase. As someone who deals with customers and clients on a daily basis, I treat each and every single one of them as my priority and make SURE they're tailored to. The direction that Peter Galanakis took was absolutely repulsive to say the least. He was outright racist and disregarded any sympathy of human decency. He was rude and upright obnoxious. He never believed we were able to make the purchase and he believed a black person can't afford to buy a German manufactured vehicle in cash. I would NEVER refer or recommend anybody to buy a car from this dealership or ever deal with Peter Galanakis. He ruined the total experience of buying a new vehicle and he also ruined the experience of wanting a BMW. More
In 2016 I bought a 2013 BMW 528i (my first used car), and I was sold a 84 month service contract that I was told would cover all services next 7 years (I paid $3,400). This week I went for my early oil change and found out that my service contract will expire next month, and the service contract that I purchases started from when the car was new, and I in reality only have been able to use the contract for 4 years. Lesson learned.. never buy a service contract, unless you drive a lot of miles More

I was assured that I have a 90 day or 4,000 mile warranty if the car breaks down. Last October 30, 2019 the car started rough. I know it was a misfire. I contacted the dealer and dropped it off the next day for repair. I informed them that it is still under the 90 day or 4,000 mile warranty. The Service Adviser called me that I have engine misfire due to multiple failed ignition coil. She also informed me that my claim was denied since it was caused by a spark plug which was not a listed warranty item. My warranty contract does not show spark plugs as included or excluded item. Also my warranty contract does not show ignition coils as covered warranty item. Pretty much my warranty contract does not show a lot of items covered. My contention is that if they want to be specific on whats covered they also need to be specific on whats excluded because if I was told that spark plugs are excluded I would have requested this replaced or checked prior to purchase. Spark plugs for BMW are recommended by BMW service since owners really have no idea when it should be replaced. I had a 2014 X3 and it was done every 50,000 and I had a 2007 X3 which was done at 90,000 just before my warranty expired. Covered on my warranty are: Engine, Transmission, Electrical, front wheel drive, rear wheel drive, steering, front suspension, rear suspension, air conditioning, hybrid/electrical components, cooling, fuel delivery, safety system, seals and gasket. (each item has a list of components) Exclusions on the warranty are: modifications, abuse, misuse, negligence, collision, manufacturer recall, non covered condition. (explanation and scenario on each line.) I ask them which part of the exclusion applies to me. They said non-covered condition. Spark plugs are part of maintenance. But that exclusion line does not mention anything about maintenance. All they could tell me is that it is not on the listed item as covered warranty. I explained to them that under Electrical it mention distributor and coil. Modern cars don't have Distributor Ignition System but they have Coil on Plug Ignition System. This line should apply to my vehicle. I am still waiting Auto Nation Warranty to respond to me. I have been in contact with the Auto Nation Warranty claim most of the time. The dealership is still undecided on helping me. The car has been in the shop for 7 days. More

Aside from being a low mileage lease return in good condition, it came advertised with the BMW Certified status, as stated on their website and confirmed via Andrew K (SP) and Azzeddin S (CFS) prior to and during the sale. On 6/10/19 I contacted Andrew K. via text and requested an appointment to have some damage that we identified prior to the purchase repaired, and I also mentioned that I could not find the second key fob in the car. Andrew replied saying the car only came with one key and that I would have to purchase the second key from the Parts department. I replied and reminded Andrew that per BMW CPO guidelines, all CPO BMW’s are delivered with 2 master keys / fobs. Andrew replied and said he would talk with David about this and get back to me. The next day, I received a reply from Andrew stating my car is not BMW Certified, it is AutoNation Certified, and therefore not covered by the guidelines of BMW nor does it have the extra year of factory warranty. I replied and requested 100% confirmation this was the case. Andrew said we could discuss and review paperwork when I came in for the promised repair. I drove to the dealership on the 19th to drop the car off for the body work, but instead was introduced to David, a Sales Manager. I explained my situation to him and he assured me the car was not marketed as a BMW Certified pre-owned vehicle, which I disagreed with. He also explained that it can no longer be factory certified. We agreed the only resolution at this point was for him to buy the car back. He said he needed to work on this and asked me to contact him on the 25th . I have sent 2 emails to David and the only response I received was an automated confirmation that my email was opened. This is precisely the level of service I have been provided since I purchased this vehicle. Stay away. More
