After inquiring about a X5 lease online, Ronny reached out and asked for information to get me started. I was looking for information on the numbers. I told Ronny I changed my mind to the X3 and he invite out and asked for information to get me started. I was looking for information on the numbers. Although it wasn’t the exact one, I was able to see the size and Ronny shared some of the features with me. After asking what Colors I like he checked to see what was incoming. It took just 2 weeks from that meeting to picking up my car. Ronny was great to work with. I laid out my expectations and what I was looking for. He didn’t try to steer me in another direction but provided valuable feedback. He made the process so painless. The pickup was easy and organized and he spent time going over features with me. I didn’t feel rushed at all. I appreciate him taking the time to check and see what was incoming, providing feedback and sticking to my needs. He is a gem! More
