The service was very good and I am happy with the outcome of the auto service. I was NOT happy with Paying over $1600. For my service and getting my car back dirty inside and out! Although the process of buying the car was smooth, I am very disappointed of the customer service that I experienced after. I decided to cancel my warranty which takes no more than 2 months to be taken off very disappointed of the customer service that I experienced after. I decided to cancel my warranty which takes no more than 2 months to be taken off. Here I am almost 7 months after cancelling it and the amount is still not taken off. They never got back to me like I was promised and the process was never done correctly. Very incompetent people working. Only valued if you buy a vehicle but nothing more than than. More

Service writer was OK. I did not get a notice that my BMW service benefit was expiring so I paid $950 I could have avoided.
