Joshua Moore was the BMW rep. who helped me. We began my process to retun my leased car in November. He sent me an invite for a scheduled meeting at BMW Roseville. From the start, what I asked and wanted to know, he addressed my concerns. There were no disruptions in returning my car and leasing a new one. We drove around the auto mall. Then, he helped me transfer all of my items from the old vehicle to the new one. He offered me coffee several different times. He made sure I did not wait very long to see the finance advisor too. He too was very nice. My visit was nice and I felt welcomed and comfortable. More

This is a nice dealership. Liz in the service department is great. Just wish they would have have informed me that my warranty was up and offer to renew. $1,100 for routine maintenance is mind blowing, that is great.
