Staff was very nice and accommodating. I needed a loaner car since I was from out of town and didn’t want to spend all day at the dealership. Scheduling a break-in appointment via the BMW app did not work. I called instead and it was just as easy and quick. The customer service from the employees at BMW of Roseville was as good as ever. The drop o work. I called instead and it was just as easy and quick. The customer service from the employees at BMW of Roseville was as good as ever. The drop off and text communication thereafter was made easy. My only complaint is that the complimentary wash could have been done with slightly more care. There were smear marks on several doors, the hood and other panels. But, it is complimentary after all isn’t it. More
