I always like the BMW Roseville service, they always offer a Lift to take me to and from my house, the staff are always attentive. I also like that they offer free car wash, but last time I noticed they offer a Lift to take me to and from my house, the staff are always attentive. My lasting experience with BMW of Roseville is receiving a phone call from finance stating that the interest rate that quoted at the purchase of my vehicle and signing documents was not going to be my actua a phone call from finance stating that the interest rate that quoted at the purchase of my vehicle and signing documents was not going to be my actual rate. Service staff (Maria and Jeff Brown) very helpful and knowledgeable. However, I waited for my scheduledervice for 6 hours only to find out my car was finished and they took another car before mine to wa knowledgeable. However, I waited for my scheduledervice for 6 hours only to find out my car was finished and they took another car before mine to wash - took another 2 hours! I'm nice but why was another person more important? I'm busy too. This is my formal complaint! More
