My 2011 BMW has been given the same importance as any another customer with a much newer or higher level vehicle. For that fact alone, I’m grateful to be treated with equal respect, and communication from Nghia is clear and consistent! Lastly, I know that if something goes awry after having my car serviced/repaired, Nghia will make it right immediately, should I need to return to the dealership. His communication, honesty and follow though/Follow up are to be recognized. He will deliver facts and if he does not know, HE FINDS OUT, in a respectful timely manner. Owning a BMW you know not all things are inexpensive. It's reinsuring however when you can trust the people doing the work and the service coordinators delivering you the news.
