I took my car in for service. Please note this was my first service at Roseville BMW. I was assigned to Chris, it went very well. As I was talking to Chris about my EV i4 battery not going to 301 miles. Laura heard and jumped in to the conversation and they both quickly pulled in their service mgr and we had a VERY productive conversation and they all made sense. Bottom-line GREAT team work. Then Chris was out of a loaner, Laura again jumped in and gave me one of her loaner car that was available. Both the loaner and my i4 was given to me washed and clean. My sales person is Rob he also saw me waiting around and welcomed me back and asked if I was been helped. BTW, the parts guy Ian was very helpful and knowledgeable in some older BMWs that we both have an interest in. He also made sure that the mats I bought did fit my i4 correctly.
