Had an experience of ownership of an X3 from this dealership , was very transparen in terms of wait times and it arrived around the promised dates , infact a few days earlier. I viewed a 2020 BMW Monday Feb 27th, wanted to buy it but it was on hold to have the roof motor replaced (convertible). Daily contact and promises of it being completed and ready for sale were maintained (s it was on hold to have the roof motor replaced (convertible). Daily contact and promises of it being completed and ready for sale were maintained (salesperson was terrific in this respect). A deposit was refused (I was committed to buying). I was called last night, Thursday March 9th and told the car was ready for my purchase. I left Palo Alto this morning to make the purchase after confirming at 9am the car was ready to be bought and an hour into the trip my salesperson called rather upset as the car was sold out from under me this morning. So, moral of the story - just know that leopards don't change their spots and regardless of all of the relationship b.s. - this is like buying something at the supermarket. BMW Roseville are still slick car salespeople that one cannot trust with a handshake or words. More

Came in on a rainy gloomy Sunday to check out their 2023 BMW x5 xdrive40i. Although the weather was gloomy and sad, AutoNation's service wasn't. I was really impressed by Brandon's customer service and professionalism. He didn't pressure us one bit, and gave us time and space to drive and look at the car. When it was time to sign the papers, the same courtesy and professionalism were present with Cole. He explained to us all our options and was easy going, again didn't pressure or get upset when we declined some of the options. I drove 1.5 hours to this dealership because they were willing to work with me and now low ball me unlike my local BMW dealership. I highly recommend Roseville BMW and will purchase future cars with them. More
