Purchased a used vehicle from them in July 2021. Owned the car for less than two years now and it's been nothing but problems. A/C went out almost immediately along with the diverter. What has followed has been a constant chore to keep up with. Windshield washer fluid pump went. Both Transmission mounts were broken. Fluids were already dirty. Rear shocks were worn out. Multiple oil leaks. It's just frustrating and I find it hard to believe that any sort of inspection was done on the vehicle prior to it being sold. For the fluids to already be dirty there definitely wasn't any service done to the vehicle. Further, the dealer never went over what inspections or services were done prior to selling it. The whole reason we bought from a dealer was the peace of mind of having the vehicle inspected. Disappointed with the entire experience. Wont be buying from again. More
Other than the service department, the sales side has been disappointing. Getting callbacks from a sales person was a hassle. Then I was passed on to a sales manager whom seemed to lowball my wife on a p been disappointing. Getting callbacks from a sales person was a hassle. Then I was passed on to a sales manager whom seemed to lowball my wife on a price. He changed his tune when spoke to me because I was a tad bit “car savvy” or maybe because I’m a dude. Definitely felt as I was dealing with a sales team from those “no credit check” car dealerships not a high end luxury dealership. More
For a first time BMW buyer they made this a great experience.
