The worst service I’ve ever revived from a service department.. they had my car for three days when the service was supposed to last 3 hours. I called the service department and no one returned my cal department.. they had my car for three days when the service was supposed to last 3 hours. I called the service department and no one returned my calls. I called the service manager who was supposed to call back and the service manager didn’t return my calls. I finally got a hold of a sales person who went to find out what was going on and he got the service department to return my calls. When you pay 96,000$ for a car bad service is unacceptable. More
I was able to schedule a factory recall service appointment within 2 days and with night drop convenience. Everything was resolved and an inspection with video was provided by the technician.
