I am extremely pleased that BMW of Rockville got rid of Enterprise. Although Enterprise is a very reputable company, when a customer purchases a BMW and has to take the car into the shop, it is very frustrating when you are SHOVED into a Carolla. Not that there is anything wrong with a Carolla, but someone as tall as I am does not fit comfortable in a Corolla. I think this is a step in the right direction for BMW of Rockville. It is always very refreshing to know if you have an emergency you can go right in and not wait for an appointment. What a great concept. The staff is EXTREMELY friendly and professional. I appreciate the new "service type" that is being introduced. More

I believe his name was Nate. He was courteous and professional. • I believe the elimination of the color coded team concept is a good idea. As luck would have it under the old system you could walk in behind 4 other “green” customers and be waiting for a while. Allowing the customer to speak to a particular advisor is a good compromise for customers with an established relationship with a service advisor. • Picking up my loaner vehicle was pleasant and uneventful.
