It was great to sit down with someone knowledgable about the features of the car after having driven it for a few weeks. He went into all the features in depth and made sure I did not have any questions when I left the dealership. Being able to go over this while my car was in service was a great plus as it made the 90 minutes go by pretty quickly. Great folks to work with and great experience!!! More

I called my Sales Associate, Karifa Mara, who instructed me to come on over. When I arrived, he was handling a new car delivery; but, he sent a technician out to my car and to handle the synching. Even if he is busy, he's never too busy to help! More

They notified me when my car was due for service and made making the service appointment very easy. I was met quickly by the service attendant and then by Joy Chilcoat who spent time to listen and then advise me on methods to extend the life of the tires and systems on my car. I was quickly given a courtesy service loaner and was on my way. Joy called me when my car was ready which was a few hours earlier than promised. My car was returned to me washed and vacuumed and Joy emailed me a report about the service done and recommended service. Thank you BMW of Rockville and Joy Chilcoat! More
Consistent Great Service Experience I’ve had the pleasure of working with the service department at BMW of Rockville for almost 10 years and my experience led by the Service Manager Scot I’ve had the pleasure of working with the service department at BMW of Rockville for almost 10 years and my experience led by the Service Manager Scott Cascone has been excellent over that period. I have several BMW dealership options in the area when it comes to having my vehicle serviced but I continue to drive the 30+ miles to BMW of Rockville because of my experience with Scott and his team. They were able to accommodate me on a short I have had superb service both times my car needed an unscheduled emergency service for a punctured tire. They were able to accommodate me on a short notice, provide me with a complimentary loaner, and (most importantly) keep me in the loop with their communication. My service advisor, Eric Clark, is the best advisor I have ever had at BMW (and I have owned 9 BMWs in the past 18 years) Lance Mitchell runs a fantastic service organization and should be commended. More

She was very helpful in explaining the changes to and additions to the new X5 over my last 2012 X5. But, she also suggested that I meet with Jennifer Cierra (Product Genius) if I had any further questions. I met with Jennifer on Thursday, May 7, and Jennifer provided an excellent follow-up to what I had received from Roxanne. Jennifer was personable, knowledgeable, and very helpful in going over the many features of my X5.
