On Mother’s Day I was driving home to PA from Northern VA, I was on 495 north when I got a flat. The tires are run flats so I found a hotel near the closest BMW dealership. That happened to be Rockville B VA, I was on 495 north when I got a flat. The tires are run flats so I found a hotel near the closest BMW dealership. That happened to be Rockville BMW. I called service Monday morning and Leon called me back to tell me to bring in the car right away. He advised me that the tire was probably under warranty as it was new in January. We spoke to the other BMW dealership that had installed the tire and were able to implement the warranty! Within a couple of hours this grandma was on her way! Leon was professional, pleasant and helpful! I was very pleased with the great service I received!!! More
