I called at 1:09 pm, the 14th of Dec 2022 to schedule a service visit for a cooling system recall. I spoke with Sam and she told me the service time would be 2 to 2 and a half hours so I made an appointmen service visit for a cooling system recall. I spoke with Sam and she told me the service time would be 2 to 2 and a half hours so I made an appointment for 12:30 on Thursday the 22nd of December (vice an earlier time). When I dropped the car off, William told me the service time is more like 5+ hours and I could pick up the car the next day. Bump in the road but not the end of the world. In this day and age, customers expect a reasonable level of accuracy. This kept the rating from being a five as the rest of the experience was spectacular; especially when y'all changed from Uber to Lyft. Good call!!! Lastly, William, the service advisor, was awesome! Professional, courteous, sincere and knowledgeable are accurate words to describe his job performance. He's "a keeper"! ...even raise-worthy! More
