This is the only nearby BMW dealership. Service advisor aren’t that friendly. You can see all they care is getting as many car thru as they can. We had two accident hitting deer. We went to two dealers for the repairing: Catonsville and Rockville. We had very bad experience with Catonsville so decided to use Rockville one. They informed us the status whenever an update is available. They helped us to get the insurance covered. Lastly, the job is nicely done, our BMW X3 looks brand new now and they said the warranty is lifetime. More
