I scheduled the appointment online. When I arrived at the dealer, there was no record of the appointment. Upon arrival at the dealer to pick up the car, it took over a half hour to check out. The paperwork was not ready. When it was 15 minutes before closing Tim, the parts representative decided to start closing up and started rolling a cage around us leaving a narrow path to the service cashier. There were about 5-6 people waiting in line. Overall, the service was very good. The checkout process was not customer friendly. More
