The service at BMW of Rockville was overall a good experience, with some caveats. Pros: - Completed service in a day, including tire swaps and alignment. - Service rep was cordial. - Provide Ly experience, with some caveats. Pros: - Completed service in a day, including tire swaps and alignment. - Service rep was cordial. - Provide Lyft ride from their center. Cons: - Had to schedule an appt, couldn't just drop off car for service. - First time there, so entrance signs weren't clear, and some entrance doors weren't working, thus a little less convenient. - Tires were dirty looking after service. - After leaving service center, tire pressure monitor triggered. Apparently the tires were not set at a far too high pressure, so I had to correct the pressure and reset the monitor myself. Minor inconvenience, and at least they didn't lose my valve stem caps this time. More

Beautiful facility, professional staff, easy to schedule appointments. Recommended tire rotation and balance without checking mileage since previous service or checking tires. Updated software due to recall and I lost all of my settings. The dealership offered assistance to help me restore my settings. And they provided Lyft transportation to my home and back to dealership because the service took a while. More
Friendly and polite service. Job finished on time. Nice new facility. A bit irritated by having to wait almost 30 minutes to check in the car when BMW scheduled my check in time.
