It was an interesting experience at this service center for my first visit. I went in for an oil change and my service tech, Jonathan did a great job communicating the additional services (spark plug and m for my first visit. I went in for an oil change and my service tech, Jonathan did a great job communicating the additional services (spark plug and micro filter replacement) my car needed which coincided with the notifications from the my BMW app. So it was good to know I wasn't be asked to have a service performed in excess of what is required. The fun began after I got my car back. About a mile after pulling out the lot, the enginge started hesitating and jerking, so I busted a u-turn and went right back to the dealership. Jonathan wasted no time and immediately took my car to the shop foreman to diagnose the issue, and got me a loaner car so I didn't have to spend any more time at the dealership. About an hour later he gave me a call and let me kow it was just a spark plug issue, one of the replacements must have been a dud. Picked up my car the next day and she's been good ever since. This rating is geared toward the level of service I received from Jonathan, much appreciated! More

DO NOT bring your car here! This was the worst customer service experience of my life! I couldn't even get a loaner for a week. Please be aware of this dealership. Just because it's says BMW doesn't mean they are ethical. They tried to double charge us on getting a replacement fob for our BMW. They are charging for service that is not needed when replacing a key fob AND THAT NO OTHER DEALERSHIP IN THE DMV CHARGES WHEN REPLACING A KEYFOB. Since they a dealership that sells high end cars im sure they figured you as a customer can afford it and won't question additional charges. Do you homework before you purchase your car or get it service there. Don't get your hard earned money riped off. More

I actually had a 7:30 a. m. appointment at the Audi dealership where I purchased my BMW but with the type of repair needed, one of the Audi reps recommended going across the s m. appointment at the Audi dealership where I purchased my BMW but with the type of repair needed, one of the Audi reps recommended going across the street to the BMW dealership. Upon arriving at BMW, I was greeted immediately in the service department. I thought I was just going to be able to make an appointment but within minutes, Juan Carlos (J.C.) Rodriguez, came over and asked me about what needed to be done. Since my vehicle was maintained at that location by the previous owner, J.C. knew the maintenance that needed to be done and also checked into the tie rod repair I needed as well. He also made me aware of the oil change special which I really appreciated. The same day my maintenance was taken care of and I had an estimate for the tie rod repair. It was such a great experience. BMW of Rockville will be my where I take my vehicle from now on and where I will purchase my next BMW. Thanks J.C.! More
