To get just brake fluid replaced I have to wait 3 hours, when I'm told it is going to be one hour to a maximum of 1 1/2 hours. If it is going to be that long, I should be given a loaner. Lexus would neve when I'm told it is going to be one hour to a maximum of 1 1/2 hours. If it is going to be that long, I should be given a loaner. Lexus would never do this. More

The service advisor and mechanic were great! ! I also loved the fact that they did not try to sell me things I didn’t need; and the mechanic sent me a video of his inspection. The receptionist’s !
