Purchasing the car was fine. After that, not good. Pushed in purchasing the extended warranty. Although it was true that I could cancel that decision, loan payments were then loc After that, not good. Pushed in purchasing the extended warranty. Although it was true that I could cancel that decision, loan payments were then locked in. So although that meant the loan would be paid off quicker, still stuck with the higher monthly payments during the loan period. Not good. Not happy. Service department? Service advisers don't answer the phones and don't recall calls, although I must say it has only been a month since I left about 5 messages. So maybe they might still call back. As the saying goes, don't hold your breath. More
My experience at BMW Rockville was excellent. They were thorough and quick with the work that needed to be done. They sent me a video of the underside of my car, and told me I didn’t need repairs They were thorough and quick with the work that needed to be done. They sent me a video of the underside of my car, and told me I didn’t need repairs on certain things yet, but giving me a timeline for when things like tires and brake pads would need replacing (with video evidence). And they even washed and vacuumed out my car before delivering it back to me. I appreciated the service! More

JC is the reason we have our vehicles, my wife's 540i and my 240M, serviced at BMW at BMW Rockville for more than 10 years. We trust him implicitly.
