I brought my iX to BMW of Rockville to change a flat tire. I left the vehicle overnight and first thing next morning, Zach in the Service Dept contacted me, said they had the tire in stock, and it would tire. I received text messages keeping me informed of the status and the car was ready at the time promised. The mechanic also sent me a video showing the new tire and included comments on the tread depth and disc pad thickness of all 4 wheels. More

I dropped my vehicle for service the night before, and my assigned Service Advisor Zach S. called me the very next morning to confirm acceptance and gave me a detailed preview of the service. I felt abandoned by the service consultant. I never saw him again after checking in. When the car was finished it was left just sitting in the garage area until I went out to see what was takin I never saw him again after checking in. I am really impressed by this dealership, both sales and maintenance. I got a flat tire and car ended up towed. I live about 45 minutes from the dealership and don't have another car.
