His detailed reasoning behind the services gave me the confidence to approve the work, as it is in the best interest and safety of myself and my vehicle. Upon checking out, Zach S was also very accommodating and personable, displaying great in-person customer service, which is still very important! I felt abandoned by the service consultant. I never saw him again after checking in. When the car was finished it was left just sitting in the garage area until I went out to see what was takin I never saw him again after checking in. I am really impressed by this dealership, both sales and maintenance. I got a flat tire and car ended up towed. I live about 45 minutes from the dealership and don't have another car.
