I went there to get an alignment done after installing a full suspension on my 2012 5 series. Its fully manual and due to everything being electronic they were unable to do the job. The place is a good place even with this as my previous experience with staff along with this one was pleasant. I would have rated higher, but they didn’t have the ability to manually do an alignment. Otherwise I go to them for all my major services and find them to be honest and trustworthy. More

Went into purchase a certified BMW, spent almost 7 hours picking out the car, SIGNED the contract and wrote the check...all to be told that it was not actually certified. Car was advertised everywhere as ce picking out the car, SIGNED the contract and wrote the check...all to be told that it was not actually certified. Car was advertised everywhere as certified and the dealership would not honor the contract I signed. So I waisted an entire day trying to purchase a car. Disappointed that the dealership would not honor their contract or their advertising. My sales associate was spectacular thought. I felt bad that the management wasted everyone’s time. More

Bought a certified BMW , discovered the brakes were lower than promised, also the car was missing some of the options advertised with the car , a week later took the car back for state inspection and mentio than promised, also the car was missing some of the options advertised with the car , a week later took the car back for state inspection and mentioned that the wipers needed replacement on the certified car, after 2 hours waiting i discovered that they changed on side wiper and left the other side intact making lines in the right side of the windshield. .
