Michael, I reviewed the estimate from the day you were here and would like an opportunity to get your BMW back into our service department for two items. 1) To reinspect the tires for accuracy on our measurements. According to our records, the tires were worn to the point of replacement given mileage on your car; and 2) to repair/ replace the bumper free of charge to resolve the fact we drilled into your bumper to install the bracket without your permission.
