Sales team is excellent, service team is bad. Brought my 1 year old BMW in for service and inspection. Service department failed my car Inspection for faulty tires. They tried to sell me 4 new t Brought my 1 year old BMW in for service and inspection. Service department failed my car Inspection for faulty tires. They tried to sell me 4 new tires or said I would fail inspection. I left furious. I brought my car to another inspection station and they said my tires were fine and up to inspection code. I also have gave the SS BMW service department my rear license plate with full attachment and instead of using the attachment, that I bought from South Shire BMW, they drilled holes directly into my car which is exactly what I asked them not to do. Careless, apathetic service. Sam my sales manager is excellent. Service is awful. I’ll go to a different dealer next year when I upgrade my wife’s BMW X5. More

He then was interested whe I mentioned two additional problems with the car, listening patiently and again displaying both technical understanding of the problems and sensitivity to his customer, me, and my needs. He set me up to get loaner car. Finally he called regard a potential problem they had seen in a tire. He was outstanding. The check-in person in the garage, the loaner car person, and the checkout person were all knowledgeable of their jobs and pleasant in dealing with me their customer. More
