I can honestly say that this was the best experience I have had at a new car dealership in years. When I decided that a new BMW was the right car for me, I spoke with Greg and he walked me through severa have had at a new car dealership in years. When I decided that a new BMW was the right car for me, I spoke with Greg and he walked me through several of the models. I was also very pleased with how Greg searched for the right car and got it in quickly (very quickly). David was very helpful in the finance department and explained several of the add-on features and warranty information. I was given a very fair deal on the new car and received a good trade-in allowance. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Even during the delivery meeting, Greg took the time to re-explain all the features of the X5. I highly recommend BMW GALLRY NORWELL. More
Our Lease was about to expire so we decided to look around at other dealers, makes and models this time around to keep our options open and compare experiences. Because of the Service, Respect and Attention we recieved from our client advisor(Bob Carpenter) we decided to continue to do business with BMW and BMW Gallery of Norwell. The fact that the vehicle that we wanted was already in stock also was a plus. Its always good for a dealer to have a variety of options and combinations real-time so we customers can see and touch. This is my second BMW purchase from BMW Gallery in Norwell and again, the experience was pleasant, enjoyable and exceeded my expectations. The process was organized and everyone I dealt with was knowledgable and helpful. This includes Avery, Dave, Allen, Service, Parts, Bob, and the receptionist. Through the entire sale, from choosing a car and options to reviewing price and finalizing the sale I give the staff and the dealership an A++. Each area was efficient and recognized the value of my time and importance of my satisfaction in my new car purchase. This includes finance, lease termination, and especially in the attention to detail by Bob when reviewing car options. Bob was thorough and made it clear I could call anytime with questions. I Went to BMW of Norwell looking to get a BMW 335i coupe I Went to BMW of Norwell looking to get a BMW 335i coupe that i saw on line but sadly it was sold the day before i went to the dealer and i was abou I Went to BMW of Norwell looking to get a BMW 335i coupe that i saw on line but sadly it was sold the day before i went to the dealer and i was about to leave when i decided to test drive the same model that was available except it was a sedan.I was very satisfied with the performance of the vehicle but even more with the excellent service that was provided to me by Greg Smith.I had my heart set on the coupe and i was going to look elsewhere but i eventually reconsidered and decided to return to BMW of Norwell and purchase the sedan in part because i felt welcome every time i went there to discuss details.David Nourse helped me with the financing and was as wonderful as Greg.Overall the experience was excellent and one may say that if the service had been anything short of fantastic i probably would have purchased a vehicle elsewhere. It was a refreshing experience to work with such knowledgeable, attentive and friendly staff. The purchase negotiation was also made unstressful and fun. I took my new X3 home the day I purchased it Saturday. Bob picked up the vehicle at my work the following Monday and had it detailed for me; it looks beautiful. I will be returning to the dealership on Thursday evening 1/27/11 per Bob's request so that he may go over the features of the vehicle with me. Norwell BMW Gallery cannot do enough for their customer's; they make you feel like family. This was absolutely the best time I ever had purchasing a new vehicle. More

I bought a CPO 2008 X5 from BMW Gallery Norwell and Im very pleased with the deal, the quality of the vehicle, and the integrity of the dealership staff. Our salesperson was Heather Bunce who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable along with Alan Zaidan the CPO manager who was also very helpful. I should also mention Lee Oresman in the service department who has been exceptionaly helpful as well. Basically, BMW Gallery Norwell makes its customers feel like they are truly a priority. This is the best dealership I've ever dealt with and the only dealership I will bring my business back to.. More
