David was very helpful in the finance department and explained several of the add-on features and warranty information. I took my new X3 home the day I purchased it Saturday. Bob picked up the vehicle at my work the following Monday and had it detailed for me; it looks beautiful. I will be returning to the dealership on Thursday evening 1/27/11 per Bob's request so that he may go over the features of the vehicle with me.
