I had the opportunity of purchasing a 2008 BMW 535XI. I had a great team of guys who pull together and made my experience one of the MOST pleasant and comfortable one. Allan Zaidan, David Nourse, Greg Smith and Jimmy Witter could NOT do any better in delivering a better experience to me. All the people show unity in delivering top-of-the-line services to me this past weekend;10/08/2010. I will recommend this dealership to ANYONE who is looking to buy a BMW. I had gone there for simple service; and they scared me with tons of repairs and made me spend about $2500. And i took the car home and it was dangerous and scary. All the light in the dash board i never seen before went off. I kept chasing them on the phone and they never returned my phone call. I am talking to my lawyer and filing a complaint to BMW Munich at the same time. Clark Griffin i a BIG game player; cheap and low games. He will scare the xxxx out of you like a bad doctor. Initially he asked for $5000 and i declined some of them services. I DO NOT think their service techs are skilled; i peeked in they were bunch of school kids or trainees. This is a greedy place. Just avoid. ==================================================================================== My lawyer gave me huge estimate and discouraged me on any success. I called other dealers to access the service provided by BMW Gallery and they declined and chickened out. So i took the car again to BMW gallery and they charged me extra grands claiming something else broke (though relevant to their prior service). I do not think there is any way we customers can win in this game. We are enslaved to the dealer's mercy. I agree and understand that dealers create lot of jobs and spend money into economy. But this dealer raged pillage against customers. More

It was easy to set up an appointment and check in on the service day. The staff kept me up to date on the progress and options for the repair. I got a call when it was ready and the everyone was solicitou service day. The staff kept me up to date on the progress and options for the repair. I have made several visits to the Dealership and each visit has been a very pleasant and professional experience. Someone from service is always there to meet me and take me through the process. They h visit has been a very pleasant and professional experience. Someone from service is always there to meet me and take me through the process. They have always accomodated my schedule (even on the "no notice" appointments) and arranged for a first class loaner vehicle on each occassion. The facility is clean and well-maintained. I bought my first vehicle more than 40 years ago and working with Norwell BMW has been the most rewarding experience ever! More
Katie was my service rep for a small accident with my brand new car. She was extremely helpful, courteous and she turned an uncomfortable situation into a pleasant experience. I've been working with this dealership for about 14 years and I just purchased my fourth BMW through them. I usually lease my vehicles but this time I purchased. I've worked with other dealers in the past but I'm very satisfied with BMW Gallery Norwell for a number of reasons. First, The GM, Avery is solid and if you ever have an issue with a car (If you drive any car you're eventually going to have an issue like a dented wheel from a pothole etc). They also are very fair with their pricing. Next, the service department is excellent (Joe) and they'll provide rides to the train station or set you up with a temporary vehicle while yours is being serviced. The car always comes back clean and problem free. Lastly, Katie Ellis is excellent with reaching out to customers when its time for your car to come in for service (BMW dealers get an electronic message from the car's computer when its time for a service) and with overall customer relations. Also, if you're on the south shore its a great location right off Route 3. Oh, I almost forgot...they have the best cars....BMWs! More
