Poor follow through and customer service I purchased a used vehicle here. Everything seemed great until I noticed the tire the dealer was supposed to replace had been rotated instead of repla I purchased a used vehicle here. Everything seemed great until I noticed the tire the dealer was supposed to replace had been rotated instead of replaced. After a few calls and no return call from my sales person Kory, I followed up with the general manager Avery who assured me he would pay for he tire to be replaced where I wanted to bring it. Over a month after the tire was replaced , Avery is not returning phone calls to pay for the tire he promised to. Before I wrote this review I gave the dealership enough time to fix the issue before writing a poor review but they have left me no choice. Please be careful buying from here. They will make empty promises! More
