BMW Gallery Norwell is so far from my home now (70+ miles), that it is impractical for me to have my cars serviced there, but despite the fact that I have another Massachusetts BMW dealer servicing my cars, I still went the 70 miles to deal with Greg. I'm sure there would be a perfectly competent salesperson at the other dealership (which does a great job servicing my cars), but relationships are important to me and I value my relationship with Greg. The reasons I wanted a Honda Civic are: They are easy and inexpensive to maintain, they have good fuel economy, and they have a reputation for lasting 200,000 miles if cared for properly. I chose the car I purchased out of 20 + ads I looked at and 6 cars I test drove because, it had the longest estimated life/miles left in it within my price range and it looked and drove like it was well cared for. The new tires was definitely a plus that added to it's value. Greg smith was very helpful and friendly. I like his low pressure sales approach. More

The vehicles are the best that I have ever owned. Previously, I would only consider American vehicles, but I have changed my mind completely. (Although it's a bonus that the X3 is made in America). Greg Smith has actually been my sales rep for the past 3 vehicles that I purchased. My wife and I both think he's great. There's no pressure. He works with us. He knows us and knows what we like.
