From start to finish Sam Doxsey was my amazing and highly experienced client adviser. He communicated with me and kept me informed every time he was notified the ETA of my 2018 X3 vehicle. When I came to pick up my BMW I also met with Tarek Mirshak in the Finance Dept. who is extremely helpful and professional. I was then introduced to the BMW Genius Yannis Rigas – Wow! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, he showed me the computer screen's various functions and how they worked and every other part of the vehicle. Yannis also came out as I test drove the car to show me even more functions and thoroughly answered my questions! Thank You Yannis!!! All three of these employees I met with are incredible assets to SSH BMW! Thank you all very much for making this the best experience! His concerted effort to make sure that the car buying experience goes smoothly and his willingness to listen to your wishes in getting you exactly what you want in your next car is why I always deal with Bob. Tarek Mirshak was not only extremely knowledgeable and informative in all aspects of the financing process but extremely efficient in going through what would normally be a tedious process. Just super to work with. I was also very fortunate to have Yanni Rigas as my personal BMW genius representative. With every iteration of the most recent BMW models, subtle but important changes always occur and he made a special effort on short notice to spend the necessary time with me to answer any questions I had regarding those new changes and improvements. He was extremely thorough and even mentioned that if I had any difficulty in synchronizing my garage door opener with the car because it has a rolling code at my home, he would have someone come out to my home to ensure it worked correctly and encouraged me to contact him with any questions that I might have. More

The compensation offered was quite warming to justify the delay so I am quite satisfied. At the deliver of the car, Chris Riley was able to provide the great details of the car's function and was quite knowledgeable.
