Riki was very helpful, fair on price, and even made sure my Conquer Cancer license plates could be transferred - not an easy thing as I was going from one lease to another. From the moment my girlfriend and I walked into your dealership, Riki greated us with a smile and worked with us to have a great buying experience. He really made your dealership look GREAT! A month or so later I returned because I had a brake pad issue and Riki was right there to help me again. I have purchased many vehicles in the past, and usually the salesperson forgets who you are after you purchase a car and leave the parking lot. Riki is NOT one of those salesmen. When I called him with my problem, he remembered exactlty who I was 2 months later and treated me with the respect that I and every other customer deserves and hopes for. I will definetely be back to purchase my next BMW from Riki and your dealership. From the moment I stepped into your dealership until today, I have nothing but praise to give out about your establishment. Look no further! I've been doing business with this dealership for more than 12 years, and have probably purchased a dozen or more vehicles. Now and then, I might make an exception and get a non-BMW e dealership for more than 12 years, and have probably purchased a dozen or more vehicles. Now and then, I might make an exception and get a non-BMW elsewhere. In those rare cases, neither the car nor the dealer compares to the standard these guys set. BMW Gallery/Norwell is THE most customer-centric car dealer I've ever encountered. All the key people there are in synch and informed if there are ever any problems, no matter how minor. They readily make highly competitive deals, place a high value of customer retention and satisfaction, and go out of their on every aspects of the relationship when the need arises. Greg Dolabany is especially competent and attentive as a sales rep. He knows the product and readily sizes up the best fits on the deal and terms. The service department, sales management team, business office...right on down the line...performs in a world-class manner. No one wastes time bouncing questions or concerns to someone else. We found the car we wanted by searching BMW dealerships on-line. We live in Albany New York and called the dealership and spoke with Lisa. We traveled 200 miles and our experience was worth the trip.
