Avoid this dealership I had gone into this dealership inquiring about leasing an X3. I was approached by very young salesperson who seemed to have to run to his boss for ev I had gone into this dealership inquiring about leasing an X3. I was approached by very young salesperson who seemed to have to run to his boss for every negotiating point on the deal. I don’t believe that I was taken seriously all. I was told that there was a shipment due in the following week with a couple of models that were in my price range. I was told that I’d be notified when they arrived. I never did. I had to call to follow up and was told that they had already been sold. Then they had the audacity to offer me a used one which had 1k miles on it for the same price. I felt like I was being made a fool of. Not sure if I wasn’t dressed properly or the fact was that I am Hispanic. I became angry with the inexperienced sales person and asked to speak with his boss and the GM and was told I’d get and call and never did. I have never been so insulted in my life. Save yourself the headache and lack of respect that you’ll get from this dealership. More

Completely untruthful, Pretty poor customer service I had existing lease from South Shore BMW that was only few months from ending, which had them sending a number of email offers for early lease termi I had existing lease from South Shore BMW that was only few months from ending, which had them sending a number of email offers for early lease termination deals and incentives on getting a new '18 model. So when I go in ready to make a deal, I'm told they won't honor the deal terms they had sent to me, that my 3 yr old car w/ less than 17k miles couldn't be made a certified pre-owned because I was a 100 miles late to a 1200 mile service, and then offered a new M3 lease at MSRP along with a jacked up money factor. So I stopped by a competing dealer on my way home and signed a great deal without any hassle whatsoever, same cars, same day, far different outcome when they were not involved. The level of dishonesty shown by South Shore BMW made it the last time I will ever choose to visit them and I will never recommend South Shore BMW to anyone, More
