They always seem to resolve issues that other BMW Serv Absolutely THE BEST BMW service center I have EVER been to.....and I have been to MANY of them! They always seem to resolve issues that other BMW Service Centers are not able to... They also have a TOP NOTCH shop foreman! I forget his name(pardon please)....but this guy KNOWS BMWs....and is easy to deal with! Also...the new shop manager (Thomas T.) was VERY helpful as well.
