Not sure who should get the bad review. Bought my Bmw at another Bmw dealership in May 2019. Was assured the car was certified pre owned and had passed a “rigorous” 100 point inspection. 7 months later I’ve another Bmw dealership in May 2019. Was assured the car was certified pre owned and had passed a “rigorous” 100 point inspection. 7 months later I’ve got rotted clamps and engine straps that require $154 of labor to replace a clamp. My take away, either the selling dealership was full of #%^* about the inspection or the Rockland service center padded the bill. Either way, I will not be back to BMW in future. Peter More
