Bought a certified BMW , discovered the brakes were lower than promised, also the car was missing some of the options advertised with the car , a week later took the car back for state inspection and mentio than promised, also the car was missing some of the options advertised with the car , a week later took the car back for state inspection and mentioned that the wipers needed replacement on the certified car, after 2 hours waiting i discovered that they changed on side wiper and left the other side intact making lines in the right side of the windshield. . Dropped vehicle off at 8am Thurs.to check problemish with battery.Vehicle released on Tues.at 2pm. No communication to me on status until I called to get status. Work delayed because “ technician couldn’t ge battery.Vehicle released on Tues.at 2pm. No communication to me on status until I called to get status. Work delayed because “ technician couldn’t get to it” Had to ask for explanation of problem. Overcharged on invoice at check out...was revised after questioning bill. Overall, no customer focused service. Poor communications.Sloppy admin/billing. I hope work done by technician resolved problem. More
