Quality service this trip called and made an appointment for 11am. Showed up a little early. Was met immediately by a very nice gentleman who began to check me in. Without me even noticing a technician was for 11am. Showed up a little early. Was met immediately by a very nice gentleman who began to check me in. Without me even noticing a technician was already checking my tires. I already changed to my winter tires which he noted and told me what the tread wear on each tire was and I didn’t need to worry about tires on this visit. Escorted inside to my service person. She went thru what I needed and wanted done and set up my loaner car. She also let me know that she would be texting me any updates and that I could reply to those texts with any questions. I was at first messaged that a part needed was back ordered and would need to come back for another visit. But then a while later when I was checking on approximate pickup time I was told that they got the parts from another dealership and the work was completed. Was told the car would be ready at 4:30pm. I showed up a little early and did the paperwork with the service advisor and paid for my work. Car was brought into the exit door, they removed all the protective paper and plastic they used to keep the interior clean and I was in my way. More
