I recently had a used engine put in my vehicle from the car dealer I bought it from, which was Bournes Auto sales. When I got my vehicle back it was stalling and the idling was not right, and it felt like car dealer I bought it from, which was Bournes Auto sales. When I got my vehicle back it was stalling and the idling was not right, and it felt like it was going to stall, and it was very loud. Brought it to BMW to have it looked at and fixed per warranty company , when I first brought my car in Steven who is a technician was completely understanding . Fast forward to today when I picked up my vehicle , I did not leave the bay and noticed my car was hesitant to go . , a technician by the name of john no last name was given as they don't know their employees last names.John who was rude condescending , and talking to me as if I did not know what was going on because I am a women said to me " are you sure you had a engine put in?? I think the problem can be fixed with premium gas , I have never felt so disrespected and belittled I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN I WILL CALL THE CEO OF THE COMPANY AS WELL . THE MANAGER TOM THOMPSON WAS OF NO HELP AND SAID "THERE IS NO ISSUES , I KNOW MY CAR. I am contacting my lawyer today for discrimination. More
