It’s really concerning! Just typical pass the buck you think you have the answer but it’s smoke screen!I never seen any people back pedal like this company! I work for a global manufacturer if I tried this I would be out of a job! This is unacceptable no excuse and absolutely no customer communication that is viable!! What happened?
