Michael; I reviewed your service appointment and recommendations, the brake flush was recommended to you as the result of the key reading we did when you arrived. It is based on time and miles and was simply what BMW told us your car needed. I also reviewed the video that was sent to you. The video clearly shows the boot was split and leaking small amounts of fluid and grease, the recommendation was it is something that will need to be addressed at some point. If we did not do the actual work, our policy is we cannot reset the light’s and the indicator. When we reset the service light we are verifying the work has been done and all services are complete. If it was not done here I don’t think its reasonable to expect us to reset the light. Never again responded

Your service manager was arrogant when discussing. Your dealer could not take me when I was available. It might have been a good idea to use as a learning experience. Do it this time but say in the future etc. we are talking an oil change not a major auto issue. I will never step foot in your dealership again. I will also let the 4-5 people I know who bought cars at your dealership about my experience. BTY I went to Sullivan tire and they reset in 5 minutes. It is unfortunate that now I need to go to a BMW dealer other than yours. I recommend you teach your service staff how to treat customers. Your service manager was quick to point out that I haven’t serviced the vehicle there for 40k miles. Tell him to recheck his records because I serviced my convertible there quite a bit. I will continue to use social media to voice my displeasure with your dealership. All this over a stupid oil change.
