Purchased vehicle approximately 8 months ago and have put only 6 k on it since. Was told all services weee done and completed upon purchase. Today 2/7/23 Had my vehicle serviced (oil change). Took 2 1/2 ho only 6 k on it since. Was told all services weee done and completed upon purchase. Today 2/7/23 Had my vehicle serviced (oil change). Took 2 1/2 hours even though I had an appointment service writer was immediately trying to sell me a brake guild flush for $ 200 before I even settled in my seat. Car was brought in at 8 am. At 10:30 am I was informed that they found a tear in boot seal. And wanted $1300 to repair. So after 2 1/2 hours of sitting there they tell me this? Where was my car all this time? There was nothing wrong with this car when I brought it in! The service department here is definitely not trustworthy and have to question why they had my car all that time before telling me that something was wrong? Very suspect! Bring your car somewhere else I would not trust these people at there word. Also when I told my service advisor Javier that I was just having oil changed and no other service they seemed to have a hard time “finding”. This is absolutely not what I expected from BMW. ! The level of service there is comparable to a used car lot. Will not go back there again! I urge anyone else to go elsewhere! More

I'm a good and royal customer from SouthShore BMW. I bought few cars and have been a good customer over 15 years. The service manager has no appreciation, and he doesn't want me to go back for service. I tried bringing the issue, so he should train his service staff better. This is a bad customer service. I will post the second review about the brake warning light service. Brought a car for SouthShore BMW service department to check the brake warning light, a service advisor told me that the brake warning light was all set and they finished resetting the brake warning light. I also received a text message in this statement " We have completed the inspection of your vehicle and great news, all items are green. Your service advisor will contact you once we have completed the already scheduled maintenance and repairs. Review your inspection here: c.xtime.com/i97jDC6USAUA… Reply STOP to opt out. Jan 21, 2023, 12:06 PM " . But when I took a car out of BMW SouthShore, the brake warning light still on. Is it a bad service? A manager doesn't want to solve the problem and keeps argument, I hope SouthShore Customer relations department will review a video camera and evaluate this. More

Bought a 2018 x3 suv and serviced my BMW convertible at dealer. Had my oil changed at jiffy because thy could not take me when I needed. I could not figure out how to turn off oil notification. I have spent of 60k at dealership over the years. Said, since I did not change oil w them they would do nothing as well as being rude. Never again will I purchase from this dealer. More
