Kevin, I am sorry you felt that way, However we cannot give you a loaner vehicle without a valid Driver's License and a credit card that will work, we tried repeatedly and eventually, the only solution was to process the loaner agreement. In your girlfriend's name Ms. Lowe, given the length of time this took our advisor had to step away to help other customers whom had been waiting for him. The feedback are suggestions to help improve your dealership and clients’ experience. None of this reflected on the service associate, Andrew, who was very professional, and did everything he could to help locate a loaner car. His communication regarding the status of the car was outstanding and timely. Had I just been rating Andrew, he would receive a top rating score of 10/10.
