Everyone is so very nice and always has been. However, I have noticed since the dealership has changed hands to Prime Group, the car has not been returned washed or vacuumed as well as in the pas However, I have noticed since the dealership has changed hands to Prime Group, the car has not been returned washed or vacuumed as well as in the past. I also note that they rarely have loaners available. And the waiting area is not as well stocked as in the past. Small differences, but they mean so much. More
