South Shore BMW Mini is such a great dealership, across all departments. I took my car in for its regular service and Daniel was my service advisor. I’ve worked with Daniel before and this time, like all t all departments. I took my car in for its regular service and Daniel was my service advisor. I’ve worked with Daniel before and this time, like all the others, his service was exemplary. He kept me informed as to each step and need that was uncovered doing to inspection of the car, and the accompanying prices—as well as which services were crucial and which had less urgency, so that I would have time to budget for them. I always give South Shore highest marks as every interaction I have with them is great. The front desk rep was extremely nice and friendly and the sales dept is always great too. I have a friendship with my salesman, Sean, who always comes out to say a quick hello. I always leave the dealership pleased with the service they’ve delivered. More
