Despite the inconvenience caused by the parking brake issue due to spilled coffee, it's excellent that the problem was diagnosed quickly, the part was ordered promptly, and you were notified promptly upon its arrival. Scheduling an appointment at your convenience and having the repair completed within the estimated time is fantastic. However, the unexpected shop charge might have been a slight inconvenience. Nevertheless, it's reassuring that the shop environment was clean and organized, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, making the overall experience nearly perfect. Thank you for your business!
