Brought our 2020 X3 for service after coffee spilt on the console put the parking brake out of commission. It was determined fairly quickly that it was shorted and needed replacement. The part was ordered and we were notified by both email and phone when it was in. We were able to schedule an appointment to have it installed at time that was convenient for us. We dropped the vehicle off and it was ready in the estimated time. Other than an odd $32+ “Shop charge” in addition to parts & labor that we didn’t notice until after leaving it was pretty near perfect experience. The shop is clean, organized and the people are friendly. This is as good as it gets for a chore you might otherwise like to avoid. I would recommend Shore Shore BMW servicing your BMW. More
