The servicing dept is a total money extortion scheme of BMW and the agents are insensitive. They charge you 10x for a simple work and once you finalize the pricing in the end there are more surprises which BMW and the agents are insensitive. They do not honor their word as well, promised to give me discount on the whole bill and only gave me a discount on one component and refuse to accept that they ever said that. Everyone means well and is nice enough, but certain things take a long time. For instance when you pick up your car, it seems you will wait 10-15 minutes for it. I’ve been in twice in the last 4 months, and they never seem to have my extended warranty available which forces me to get it from the dealership from which I bought it and give to the rep at Rockland. How does a BMW dealership not have a copy of my extended warranty? So odd. When my car was in recently, I called multiple times for its status and the hold times were in the 29 minute range. I drove over to see my rep, he was on his days off (why didn’t his VM say this?)- no other rep could help me. So overall service hasn’t been great. More
The director of sales ed is very ignorant and unprofessional. I set an appointment to look at a used vehicle on there lot and after test driving the vehicle and discussing pricing he was upset I unprofessional. Once he found that out he mad unreasonable offers to me to direct finance through them even though my decision was solely based on the interest rate I was getting . After leaving he called me and pulled a bully act and told me he was transferring the vehicle today knowing I wanted to purchase the vehicle . The vehicle has been on the lot for 79 days and after coming up with a deal with my separate financing he wants to personally make an issue for me by ironically needed the vehicle to be transferred today . I can’t believe the arrogance from a place of business that I thought were supposed to be professionals . I feel personally bullied because I chose what was best for me . More
Great dealership handled my acquisition of the vehicle with grace, I worked with Micheal and he was the best I had been trying to get a car for about 2 weeks and we found one less than 30 mins what had be with grace, I worked with Micheal and he was the best I had been trying to get a car for about 2 weeks and we found one less than 30 mins what had been stressing me out he had solved in 15 I appreciate the guys at this dealership and would recommend to anyone trying to get a new car More
