They were great till we decided not to renew the bmw lease. They just went mia and have not returned any calls. We don’t know how to give our car back and we are stuck with 3 cars now! They suck once you decide not to get their car despite the fact that we have had bmws for 15 years. I guess loyalty means nothing to these people!!!!! More

My advisor Matt Egger and Larry Friedman (concierge service) are awesome. Both very respectful and extremely efficient (Matt is also funny). They know what they are talking about, and honor their wo service) are awesome. Both very respectful and extremely efficient (Matt is also funny). They know what they are talking about, and honor their word. When it is time for the service, Larry picks up my car and leaves me a loaner. He makes sure I did not leave anything in my car that I will need that day (my cane for example) Matt then calls me to double check what the X5 needs. When it is ready Larry brings it back and makes sure I did not forget anything in the loaner this time. If BMW had more like them, Mercedes Bens and Audi would be on their way back to Germany, with their tail pipes between their wheels. I have become South Shore BMW dependent, and cannot drive anything but BMWs or an occasional Mini with stick shift. I miss the clutches really bad. Automatics are just not the same. Thank you guys for spoiling me!!! More
