They were great till we decided not to renew the bmw lease. They just went mia and have not returned any calls. We don’t know how to give our car back and we are stuck with 3 cars now! They suck once More

I just got a phone call from BMW arguing with me about writing my review! I guess free speech is something else that is dead along with loyalty. I also want to point out that we tried to deal with someone named Owen too who also went mia. I am not singling out one person but the dealership which has just dropped the ball on returning our calls because we didn’t want a bmw except today after I wrote this review! Good decision to give up the car on so many levels!!!!!
