Also just fyi I service my own vehicle as a prior mechanic and inquired about a potential repair to get an idea if I want the dealer to do or I set aside a couple hours after diner in my own garage. After my research I found the OEM BMW part was listed @ $456 from BMW and 2 hrs book time from bmw. For a total of $926 from a nh dealer. SSBMW's quote was $2026.36 Ma sales tax 6.25% on $1000.00 so why can another dealer offer the same job at half the labor and parts at 300% less? I recommend anyone thinking about servicing their bmw at south shore bmw to shop it out. If I tried to sell a product or service for 300% more than competitor NASD would take my license away.
