Beware of this dealership as they don’t stand behind there certified pre-owned M Power car which they sold me. The service advisor and service manager failed to address the defected brake issue that was there certified pre-owned M Power car which they sold me. The general manager Tom was very inconsiderate and unprofessional ignoring all calls. My experience with my service agent Dan was awful and after having my car worked on over the weekend and spending over 2000 I came back to pick up my car only to drive off and have my oil light come on 1 after having my car worked on over the weekend and spending over 2000 I came back to pick up my car only to drive off and have my oil light come on 10 minutes after leaving the dealership. Upon calling and speaking with another service agent, they told me that I should drop the car off again and pay another $200 fee to just see what was wrong. This is horrible service and I am disappointed! More
