I arrived at this dealership in Rockland with some very serious issues that were misdiagnosed at another repair shop I met with Dan Bolton Service Director He took time to discuss the issues with my car serious issues that were misdiagnosed at another repair shop I met with Dan Bolton Service Director He took time to discuss the issues with my car and completely put my mind at ease He had the car diagnosed by the shop Forman and sure enough they found the source of the problem!! Every dealership should have a true professional like Dan who took the time to provide me with superior customer service I give this dealership 20 stars!!! Thank you More

Made an appt for full detail. 4:30 and I haven’t heard my car is ready so I called. They had not started yet and wanted to keep the car another day, which not work for me at all. 4:30 and I haven’t heard my car is ready so I called. They had not started yet and wanted to keep the car another day, which not work for me at all. We talked about what an appointment is and rep said they farm out the detailing so it wasn’t his fault. I made the appt with the dealership, and had no idea they farm details out. I also never got a call during the day indicating there might be a problem, but I did get text and email asking if they could put $1,500 in tires on the car (the existing tires were fine). Won’t be going back to these weasels for any more work on the car. More
