The director of sales ed is very ignorant and unprofessional. I set an appointment to look at a used vehicle on there lot and after test driving the vehicle and discussing pricing he was upset I unprofessional. I set an appointment to look at a used vehicle on there lot and after test driving the vehicle and discussing pricing he was upset I was not financing through them . Once he found that out he mad unreasonable offers to me to direct finance through them even though my decision was solely based on the interest rate I was getting . After leaving he called me and pulled a bully act and told me he was transferring the vehicle today knowing I wanted to purchase the vehicle . The vehicle has been on the lot for 79 days and after coming up with a deal with my separate financing he wants to personally make an issue for me by ironically needed the vehicle to be transferred today . I can’t believe the arrogance from a place of business that I thought were supposed to be professionals . I feel personally bullied because I chose what was best for me . More
