I had an absolutely fantastic experience purchasing my new BMW X1 from Rockland BMW. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and honestly much easier than I expected. A huge new BMW X1 from Rockland BMW. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and honestly much easier than I expected. A huge shoutout to Hunter and Ed from the sales team. Both of them went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire purchase. They were knowledgeable, responsive, straightforward, and never made me feel pressured or rushed. They took the time to answer all of my questions, walk me through the X1, and make sure I understood everything before driving off the lot. What really stood out to me was how easy Hunter made the experience. Buying a new car can be stressful, but Hunter made it genuinely enjoyable. I felt like he was working with me to find the right vehicle and deal rather than simply trying to make a sale. I’m extremely happy with my new X1 and even happier that I chose Rockland BMW. If you’re looking for a BMW, I highly recommend asking for Hunter. He’s a great representation of what a dealership experience should be.
