Last Thursday my wife and I picked up a CPO BMW X1. The sales person Greg was very attentive and the process went well. Upon picking the car up, I noticed that the driver door handle had an issue. Today, September 21, i brought the car in to have this part and an inspection sticker applied. I also asked the service advisor to have them check the alignment as the car was pulling badly to the left at 60 mph on the highway. At the end of the service, I inquired regarding the alignment. I was told it was checked and everything was fine. No alignment report was provided as has always been the case in the past with other BMW’s I’ve brought in for service. Also, on the service record provided, all it said regarding alignment was that it was checked in July as part of the CPO process. I believe I was lied to. No report, no road test, and the car still pulls to the left. Very disappointed in this service department. On top of that, when I tried to call when I got home, I was on hold for over 10 minutes with no answer. I tried calling twice and got nothing but being on lengthily holds. More
