Rockland is a good ride from Reading. .. and obviously there are dealerships closer.. but we have ZERO regrets working with Rockland BMW. It's the waiting and going back and forth etc. Michael made the entire experience great! Complete patience while I was undecided on the exterior color and which options I wanted. His knowledge - spot on! His demeanor - hilarious. I would recommend him to everyone. This was our 2nd purchase from him and we will be back for the next!!! To address driver assist not working. It wasn’t fixed, within one hour of leaving the same message popped up and again no driver assist.
