Terrible. Purchased $6k Platinum extended warranty, and its worthless. Tech ID’d cracked seals and recommended getting fixed “before leaking”…. Makes sense….. I wish I had been told about the wire insulation being soy. I bought the extended warranty for this exact reason, in case rodents bit through wires. It happened, and now I’m told that warranty doesn’t cov soy. I bought the extended warranty for this exact reason, in case rodents bit through wires. It happened, and now I’m told that warranty doesn’t cover rodents though I explicitly asked when I bought the warranty. Very dissatisfied by being mislead. Before you buy a new car, ask about the soy wire insulation. And stay far away from them if you park where rodents roam. More
