I unfortunately had a very disappointing experience as a first-time customer at BMW of Rockland due to the treatment I received from service advisor Elijah R. I will not be sharing the full story here, but I do want to say my piece. Elijah’s miscalculations, confusion on the paperwork, and lack of organization led him to discover his own billing error days after I had already left the dealership with my vehicle and paid in full what I trusted was the final, accurate invoice. Instead of handling the situation professionally after I expressed discomfort, he sent intimidating emails and messages threatening legal action and involving authorities. I trusted him as my advisor to do his job correctly, especially given the high cost of the service. Management, please take this seriously – no customer who brings their business to your location should be treated disrespectfully over an internal error. Advisors should be thorough with their work, double or triple checking their calculations and invoices before sending them out. And to Elijah, you stated in your email to me that “this is all very straightforward”. If that were true, your mistakes shouldn’t and wouldn’t have happened. You represent not just the Rockland location, but also the BMW brand as a whole. I will never be back. More

I brought my vehicle in during my vacation week so I would be able to drop it off and pick it up without having to take any time off from work. I dropped it off on a Thursday. The wrong number. BMW was only ever had one number on my account the same phone number which she confirmed on Thursday the day I drop the car off Long story short I had to take a day off on Tuesday of the next week in order to pick up my car and drop off the loaner very disappointing More
