Very courteous and professional. I went from lease to ownership unfortunately, it took an extreme amount of time. I have gotten 4 vehicles from BMW of Rochester over the years, the latest a couple days ago, and my experience with the dealership and service center has never been anything but excellent. From test driving, to sale, to maintenance, every staff member involved is professional, friendly, and helpful. The sales staff is skilled at matching customers to vehicles and tracking down vehicles meeting customer requirements if they do not immediately have the perfect vehicle in inventory. They do a great job with teaching customers to use the features of their new vehicle and are "on-call" if a customer needs help after they've taken a vehicle home. I was astonished at how responsive they are when called upon. It's easy to book service appointments and I'm very satisfied with the level and quality of service I get from this dealership.
